Scholarships

Scholarships are awards that do not have to be paid back and are based on student performance and talent. Awards are also available for students who are interested in particular fields of study, who are members of under-represented groups, who live in certain areas of the state, or who demonstrate financial need.

To qualify for any form of financial aid, including some need-based scholarships, the first step is filing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION AND SEARCH

Each year, donor-funded scholarships support nearly 1,000 Delaware Tech students in pursuing their educational goals, completing their degree, and securing a career to better themselves and their families. Donors contribute to these scholarships because they value the impact our graduates are making in high-demand careers throughout Delaware and they understand that many students struggle to continue their education while juggling multiple responsibilities such as work and family.

As a recipient of a donor-funded scholarship, you will be asked to provide a photo and write a note to the donor to express your appreciation.
